what to expect

Peace of Mind

As a boutique pilgrimage company, we take care of all the details so you can focus on exploring your faith through travel, making connections, and having a deeply meaningful experience!

You will "meet" others in your group before the pilgrimage in a unique way that allows you to stay in touch after our time together and be able to share your favorite pictures from our trip with one another.

You will know what to expect before and during the pilgrimage, while keeping a spirit of flexibility along the way!

We provide customized packing guides to help you decide what to wear and what not to wear.

Hands down, we work with some of the very best guides in the business!

We dine at some of our favorite restaurants and stay at hand-picked hotels.

We handle the tips, one less thing you have to worry about!

If an emergency arises, you will be taken care of with care and compassion.

I not only design pilgrimages, but I travel with most of my groups as well.

is this trip for you?

Here are a few things to be aware of...

You will do a lot of walking and standing on pilgrimage. You will walk on uneven surfaces, sloped surfaces, slippery surfaces, up and down hills, stairs and lots of step. Depending on the weather, you might walk on wet surfaces too. You might walk 5-7 miles in one day. You might have to stand in a long line. Keep this in mind before signing up.

Flexibility is essential to having a wonderful pilgrimage experience. Unexpected things will very likely happen. We cannot always control what happens around us, but we can absolutely handle how we respond. If you are easy going and joy-filled, this pilgrimage may be the trip for you.

Have a pilgrim mindset. Focus on God who is calling you on pilgrimage, rather than on the negative and the inconvenience which comes with travel and going to foreign lands.

Most of our hotels have porters, but some do not. Most of our hotels have elevators, but some do not. Sometimes elevators are not located on ground level. You need to be able to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs (sometimes more). I will provide a packing list to help you pack light.

Sometimes our motorcoach bus cannot get close to the hotel entrance, and you will need to bring your luggage to and from. You are responsible for your own luggage.

Be prompt. â€‹Be courteous. Be kind. Be positive. Be open to grace. Allow this journey to deepen your faith and transform you. The graces you earn on a pilgrimage can be lost through bad attitudes and grumbling.

Have an open mind and an open heart, a willing spirit and a helping hand. Make this the very best trip for each other.
